I tried alot of different products at the same time in my quest to fight aging one terrified stranger at a time (because I never know what the results will be). One of the products gave me a cluster of hard bumps on my cheek. Not sure if its this or not. The benefits may outway the bumps. Will try again to see what results i get next time.

My doctor recommended it for tinnitus. It might work for some people. It hasn’t made me worse. It just happens that I got them right after I started having the worst case of TMJD in my life and that’s the cause of my tinnitus. I can’t expect something to help when the cause of the problem is worse than ever. Maybe in the future it will be helpful. I don’t know how it’s supposed to work.

If you have a condition that causes you to pick up infections (I’ve got fibromyalgia and some other autoimmune issues), this will help bolster your immune system to help fight them off before they get scary and dangerous. I think it’s also helped dial back my inflammatory issues (psoriasis and osteoarthritis). Great stuff, and this version is WAY cheaper than the fancier pycnogenol. It’s also been proven to help with diabetes (another autoimmune issue).

I bought this in the hopes that it would help my ADHD and it certainly does. I chose this as a cheaper alternative to the french maritime pime bark that has been studied as a treatment for ADD. This certainly improves my ability to focus on a task and i think it also reduces some of the anxiety as well.
